This series looks at the hazardous, hundreds of miles-long migrations that animals take for survival. Having looked at elephants and caribou already, the final episode in the series looks at zebra as thousands of them face lions, hunting dogs, drought and starvation as they journey from Namibia across the Chobe river to Botswana where the rich grasslands of Nxai Pan National Park are located. Using cutting-edge technology including satellite-tagging, Liz Bonnin leads a team of scientists and film-makers to follow the zebras along the ground every step of the way so they can learn more about this newly discovered migration pattern.
