If there was ever a movie you'd need the tissues out for, it's this one. If there was a tearjerker genre of movies, it would be top of the list. I think you get what we are saying here - sad movie, in summary. That's not to say it's not a great movie, sure all these cry-fest ones normally are. It tells the story of a couple who have a second daughter so that eventually she will become an organ donor for her older sister with leukaemia. However, this 'donor child' (played superbly by Little Miss Sunshine's Abigail Breslin) rejects the arrangement and hires a lawyer (Alec Baldwin) to seek legal separation from her parents (mum being Cameron Diaz). So yeah...if you think you're a brave enough soul that can handle that much intense drama of a Wednesday evening, give it a go!
