This new BBC wildlife series explores the world of primates - everything from monkeys to apes and lemurs. Zoologist George McGavin will look at these animals survival tactics and physical adaptations - and how their lives mirror those of their human cousins. He begins by meeting an orang-utan that actuallly uses soap to improve its personal hygiene, as well as baboons with a taste for flamingos, criminal-minded macaques and fluorescent mandrills that don warpaint before going into battle. As nature docs go, this one is as watchable as it gets.
