The last semi-final sees the remaining hopefuls head to the Michelin-starred restaurant at Gravetye Manor restaurant in West Sussex, where they are responsible for one dish each during a packed lunchtime service under the watchful eye of head chef George Blogg. They then have to recreate George's signature dish - a garden salad - selecting their own ingredients from the produce on offer in the two-acre kitchen garden. A final test awaits in which they must cook two dishes for Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti, who decide who will go through to next week's finals.
