Neither of them were quite doing it on their todd, so they've flung them together for this one. Here's the premise: Take two chefs - one with a passion for Surf, one with a passion for Turf. Send them to eight beautiful locations around Ireland to create local signature dishes. Invite twenty people from the area and let them decide the winner! Martin and Paul's first challenge takes place in Cobh in Co Cork. They're part of the heritage town's Titanic commemoration and they use the doomed liner's menus as inspiration for their signature dishes. Martin uses his local knowledge to try and source some turbot but doesn't have much luck while Paul decides to take a real risk in the first challenge and heads out shooting for wild rabbit.
