Lords and Ladles celebrates Ireland’s past by looking at its glorious food and cooking wonders. Top chefs Derry Clarke, Catherine Fulvio and Paul Flynn are back to entertain you with their egos and sharp wit. Each week the trio go to a Great Irish Country House to recreate a grand dinner from history. In this first episode of the new season, they head out on the road to Huntington Castle in Co Carlow, which has been inhabited by the same family since the 17th century. Here they cook a mouth-watering feast including an entire roast pig cooked on a spit, boiled goose and sheep’s feet.
