Northern Ireland take on Germany in their final group game of Euro 2016. Germany have four points as things stand so will need a result in this game to see them finish as group leaders. Having beaten Ukraine in the previous game, Northern Ireland could possibly still qualify for the last sixteen as one of the best third placed teams even if they are defeated by the Germans but they likely won't want to take that chance and will look to get something out of the game. (Kick Off: 5.00pm)

Over on TV3: Ukraine v Poland 4.00pm

Ukraine take on Poland in the other game in Group C. Poland will be favourites to take all three points against a Ukraine side that have been underwhelming the tournament thus far. Should they win the game and were Northern Ireland to get a result against Germany then they will finish as group winners. If Ukraine are to have any chance of qualifying for the last 16 then they'll need a convincing victory and for Germany to win against Norther Ireland. (Kick off 5.00pm)

Over on RTE2: Czech Republic v Turkey 7.30pm

The Czech Republic need to take all three points if they are to have any chance of progressing to the next stage of the competition.
