Peter Collins will present live coverage of Albania v Switzerland at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis in the second match in Group A. This will Albania's first ever appearance at an International tournament. They finished second in their qualifying group behind Portugal ahead of Denmark, Serbia and Armenia. They have met Switzerland on six previous occasions, drawing once and losing five times. This is Switzerland's fourth appearance at the European Championships. They co-hosted the tournament in 2008 with Austria but failed to qualify in 2012. Their performance in 2008 was one to forget as they ended up finishing bottom of their group but having won seven of their Euro 2016 qualifying matches they'll be confident of much better performance this time around. Wales v Slovakia is the opening game in Group B, which takes place at the Stade de Bordeaux. This is the first ever appearance at the European Championships for both sides. Chris Coleman's Welsh side came through a tough qualifying group to reach the finals, finishin as runners-up to Belgium. Their impressive qualifying run was thanks in large part to Gareth Bale who scored eleven goals during the campaign. They face a tough test in this first match against a Slovakia side featuring the likes of Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel and Napoli playmaker Marek Hamsik. The Slovakians also finished as runners up in their qualification group, losing out on top spot to reigning European champions Spain, despite beating the Spaniards 2-1 early on in the campaign.
