To celebrate Mothers Day, top British celebrities are taking part in a special live edition of Who Wants to Be A Millionaire? in a bid to raise money for their chosen charities. Comedian David Walliams and pop star Olly Murs will both be joined by their mums, and EastEnders actress and mother-of-four, Patsy Palmer, will be partnered by her oldest son (the other one's only a few months old). Quiz master, Chris Tarrant, will oversee proceedings and ensure those in the hot seat answer their questions before the ticking clock runs out. Walliams and his mum, Kathleen, are taking part on behalf of The Princess Alice Hospice; Patsy Palmer and her teenage son, Charley, are aiming to try and reach the magic million for CLIC Sargent, a leading UK children’s cancer charity that offers all round care and support. Finally, Olly Murs will be in the hot seat with his mum, Vicky, to raise money for Brainwave, a centre where therapists work with children suffering from Cerebral Palsy, Downs, Autism and Developmental Delay.
