'Funnyman' Stephen Fry is to be seen giving his young self a thrashing in tonight's SKY comedy short. Broadcaster Fry will swap roles to plays his own headteacher and give six-of-the-best to young actor Daniel Roche – best known as Ben in BBC1 hit Outnumbered. Fry's film looks at an episode when as a wordy 12-year-old he has to choose whether to blame the new boy for a trip to an out-of-bounds sweet shop or forego Christmas celebrations - unlike Julian Barrett's efforts, which just saw him appear as the Devil. The Little Cracker series will also feature Dawn French playing the Queen Mother, whom she met as a child. At 9.15 ('cause theses crackers are quite short), Kathy Burke recalls a life-changing encounter with the Clash frontman Joe Strummer when she was 15. Following at 9.30pm is an entire hour of Victoria Wood, as she presents her Angina Monologues. The Bafta-winning comedienne is joined by fellow female comics including Jo Brand, Andi Osho, Isy Suttie and Katy Brand for an evening of stand-up, sketches and music in support of the British Heart Foundation.
