TV3 have their found their answer to Donal Skehan with this young fella called Simon Lamont, who we think is a restaurant manager of some sort... not a chef then, no? His new series will show us lazy folk how to make complicated dishes a lot simpler, which actually does sound like a decent format - we can't keep up with that Rachel Allen half the time. He starts off in Cork where he makes a shellfish roast, and picks up some mozzarella from a buffalo farm that he uses in his special pizza recipe. Hold up, he goes to a buffalo farm for his cheese... well that's hardly lazy now, is it?
