Our One Direction TV chef returns with a new series tonight, as bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as ever. He travels to a different county in each episode where he visits three small food producers and uses their ingredients to create tasty dishes. Tonight, he's in G-g-g-galway, where he picks up salmon at the Connemara Smokehouse and buttermilk from Cuinneog, before getting choice cuts from Connemara Hill Lamb. He then prepares a feast at Lisdonagh House in Headford, including honey roast smoked salmon with crispy potato cakes, braised lamb shanks with nettle mash and a dark chocolate hazelnut mud pie. Sounds bloody delicious in fairness to him, sure One Direction would be delighted to have him.
