After a disastrous start, Jamie invites local kids to an experiment that never fails: he reveals what chicken nuggets are made from; squishing up the bone, skin, giblets and carcass of a chicken and adding stabilisers and flavouring. But when the mush is shaped into nuggets, every single kid stills wants one. Now Jamie's running the elementary school's canteen, junk food is off the menu. But even dressing as 'Mr Pea' fails to convince the kids to try his healthy tuna bake. In the classroom, the children struggle to recognise common fruit and veg like tomatoes, potatoes and cauliflower. Meanwhile, mum of four Stacie finds it hard to cook healthy food for her family; and her 12-year-old son, Justin, faces a hospital test for diabetes. At the school, Jamie tries shock tactics with parents, collecting all the fat and junk their kids eat in a year in a giant tarpaulin. And it's crunch time as school food boss Rhonda reveals whether Jamie's experiment will be allowed to continue...
