Rory Bremner uncovers the science behind ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). The comedian believes that he himself has the condition and that the random associations it throws up feed his comedy. Bremner meets others with the condition, including a five-year-old boy whose mother suffers greatly as a result of her diagnosed son’s screaming and punching. Bremner looks at the biological origins of ADHD, the scepticism around the disorder, and its potential benefits. He tries out an experimental form of brain training and takes an ADHD test. He also takes to the stage after taking a calming prescription medication for the very first time.
