In January, nearly five million viewers tuned in for Gordon's first-ever live Cookalong . Now he's back with a whole series, seven action-packed hours, each promising to be bigger, funnier and tastier than ever before, and to teach the whole nation how to cook: live. Upcoming Cookalongs will include 70s Night; Gordon's curry night; a three-course meal for under a tenner and a seasonal menu as we head towards Christmas. Each week Gordon is joined by a celebrity guest, and together they cook for seven lucky diners in front of a live studio audience. Simple but impressive, each menu is designed to be within the grasp of even the most reluctant beginner. Tonight's menu is posh nosh made easy: a starter of warm goat's cheese salad with an apple and walnut vinaigrette; a main course of salmon en croute with herbed new potatoes and garlic sauteed broccoli; and for dessert, caramelised rhubarb and ginger crumble with clotted cream.
