You'll know him best as the Italian chef with a penchant for inuendo but tonight Gino D'Acampo is heading home. Gino's off an a tour of southern Italy, sourcing ingredients for a variety of dishes in his beloved homeland. His first port of call is the Amalfi Coast, where he explores a secluded citrus grove and an organic buffalo fram, before taking the family who own the grove off on a sailing trip and dishing up some tasty mozzarella wrapped in Parma ham and rocket.
