An aide at the American embassy (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) in Paris longs to become a CIA agent, but gets more than he bargained for when he is assigned to assist a trigger-happy secret operative (John Travolta). The agent leads him on a dangerous journey through the city's underworld as they fight to prevent a terrorist attack on the city. The movie was one of a number of Taken knock offs that came after people saw that Liam Neeson could be a convincing action star in his late 50s. The issue here is that it's hard to view John Travolta in the same light. An 80's style outrageous plot, a sleepwalking Jonathan Rhys Meyers and slow motion shootouts make up the rest of what's on offer here. This may be one for the action junkies out there but even they will struggle to see this one through.
