Bless Colin Farrell's little socks in this movie as he is only a fresh faced young fella, just before Hollywood came a-knockin'. He plays a young actor (not much of a push there) in 1930's Ireland who captures the attention of a young girl called Elizabeth and goes and gets her up the duff. In comes Liam Cunningham as the dull middle-aged man she must marry as clearly Farrell isn't the schtickin' around sort, but all may not be lost yet. Expect loads of hididliy-eye Irishness in this but at least the accents are real for the most part and it should make for a pretty lovely watch of a Friday eve.
