Leo wants Dean to stay but they clash over Leo's refusal to talk about Sandie. Dean tells Leo that Troy, his other estranged son (Jesus how many angry offspring does this deadbeat dad have!?) is in Brighton. Dean confides to Malachy that Sandie was pregnant when Leo threw her out ten years ago (the bastard). Although Dean and Sandie were having an affair a subsequent DNA test established that Leo was the father of the baby. Dean pleads with Leo to see his daughter Shannon, but Leo angrily refuses with his usual needlessly excessive hand gestures and erratic indifferent vocal tone.
