This hour-long performance-based documentary traces the journey through the historical origins of dancing in rural Ireland *starts jigging*. To Riverdance on Broadway, to the competitive world of "feiseanna" in working-class Ireland, to the Irish-American ebullience of Michael Flatley's Lord of the Billowy Blouses. After sixty minute of high-kicking action, TV3 are then bestowing us with 20 Moments That Rocked Ireland (again) a 10.00pm. If you didn't catch it the first two times it was on; it focuses on key historical events from the past 40 years. Well-known commentators including John Waters, David Norris and Nora Owen discuss stories such as Bloody Sunday, Bertie Ahern's resignation as Taoiseach, Live Aid and Roy Keane leaving the World Cup squad in 2002.
