It seems we are 'turning a corner' in the economic recession and with it a higher demand on the property market. Although, this is really only the case in Dublin, in the country it's a different story as estate agents are reducing prices and moving into property management. This programme looks at the reason behind this urban-rural divide, talking to some of the estate agents involved as well as highlighting the plight of one couple desperate to sell their house in Drumcondra before the arrival of their second baby, and another who commute from Portlaoise to Dublin for work as they are unable to sell their property due to negative equity.
