The Irish version of Dancing with the Stars kicked off with a bang last Sunday, with all of the gents hitting the dance floor for the first time. Tonight, however, it's the turn of the ladies, as reporter and patron saint of storms Teresa Mannion, comedian Katherine Lynch, TV and real life doc Dr. Eva Orsmond, international model Thalia Heffernan, former 'Fair City' actress Aoibhin Garrihy, and 'Red Rock's Denise McCormack all get their dancing shoes on.

Each week the celebs and their professional dance partners will have just seven days to perfect a dance from various genres before performing live to the nation, after which they will be scored by a panel of experts, comprised of talent agent Julian Benson, and two of Ireland's most successful ballroom dancers, Loraine Barry and Brian Redmond. It will then be down to the viewing public to decide who will have to perform in the dance-off. All the contestants will be safe for the first two weeks, but after that, one celeb and their dancing partner will leave the competition each week.
