The series uses documentary evidence, secret filming and advice from industry experts to help dissatisfied customers find positive resolutions. Pope draws from his expertise and experience to confront tradespeople and companies who he believes are misleading, mistreating or defrauding consumers. In the first episode of the new series, the focus is on the customers of a building contractor whose behaviour left them both frustrated and at a financial loss.
