Documentary looking at the life of one of Ireland's greatest icons of the twentieth century - Brendan Behan - with so many of his works, like his play Borstal Boy, still drawing crowds to this day. Actor Adrian Dunbar has played Behan on the stage many times in New York, and now sets out on a journey to discover the real story of the poet and playwright. He travels around to all the cities Behan has lived in where he is still highly regarded, including the place where it all began for the poet - Paris. Plenty of contributions too from the likes of film director Jim Sheridan, writer JP Donleavy and actress Kathy Burke.
