When you hear the words nature documentary, the first person who always comes to mind is David Attenborough. Over his 60 year career he has brought us all over the world, from the jungles of Africa to deep into the heart of the ocean, and described it all in his own inimitable way. In the first of three personal films, David looks back on his TV career - charting changes in the natural world and mankind's understanding of the planet, as well as developments in wildlife film-making. He looks back on the animal encounters that have shaped his career, and some of his most memorable experiences, such as swimming with dolphins and catching a komodo dragon. Wait... dragons are REAL? Must be true if David says it is.
