999: What's Your Emergency?, which looks at the work of emergency services in the UK, recommences tonight. In this new series, we meet the police, paramedics and fire service working in Wiltshire, a once traditional county that is now confronted by many of modern day Britain’s biggest challenges. Tonight's episode examines the rise in racially-aggravated hate crimes in Wiltshire, including race hate through social media. The mother of a nine-year-old girl reports that her daughter has been racially abused by two 11-year-olds while out playing. PC James Isaac arrests a 29-year-old man who targeted a 17-year-old white girl after finding photos of her and her black boyfriend on Facebook.
