TV3 really do know how to keep their viewer enthralled with all their serial killer shows and what not. Thing about all of them is, once you watch the first ten minutes, you are reeled in for the whole episode. 24 Hours to Kill is no different, and examines some of the most shocking and gruesome killings in Ireland's history. Tonight, they investigate the last hours of Patricia O'Toole - who was beaten to death in the foothills of the Dublin mountains by Lebanon veteran Private Sean Courtney, after she stopped to ask him for directions to a party. The doc rewinds the clock to the hours leading up to the murder to try and discover just how and why it happened. Dark stuff I know, but makes for compelling viewing.
