Over the years, we've heard our fair share of entitled celebrities treating staff in shops and restaurants badly.

In recent times, James Corden was denounced for his alleged treatment of staff at New York restaurant Balthazar, leading the owner to (very publicly) ban him and call him "the most abusive customer to my Balthazar servers since the restaurant opened 25 years ago".

Now, it seems that 'Star Trek' actor Zachary Quinto has been dealt a similar card by a restaurant in Toronto, who called him "an amazing Spock, but a terrible customer".

Manita, a restaurant in the Toronto neighbourhood of Ossington, took to social media to denounce the 47-year-old actor, alleging that he had "yelled at our staff like an entitled child" after arriving at the restaurant and finding that his booking was not valid.

The restaurant claimed that Quinto had not responded to two texts to confirm his booking "and refused to believe that the empty tables in the dining room weren't available for him despite being politely informed that they were spoken for."

They added that he had "made our host cry and the rest of our brunch diners uncomfortable."

"Mr. Quinto, take your bad vibes somewhere else," they concluded, "we have many lovely celebrities join us at Manita but you are NOT one of them."

Quinto has not publicly responded to the allegations of his bad behaviour.
