In a move that would shock no-one, James Arthur has been fired from Simon Cowell's Syco label. According to The Sun, the Middlesborough-born "singer" was fired from the label following the release of his track, Follow The Leader.
The song, which included lyrics such as "I'll blow up your family like I'm a terrorist", proved too much for Cowell and forced him to drop Arthur. It wasn't, say, the fact that nobody listens to his music. No siree.
Arthur is no stranger to controversy and has been caught out many times on Twitter, including trying to fire his PR team publicly and having a go with anyone who crosses his path. X-Factor judge Sam Bailey recently said that Arthur "needs to shut up" and focus on his music.
Likewise, a source close to Simon Cowell said that it was "a very messy way to end things".
