Apple users worldwide are being sent into a panic as the Safari web browser keeps crashing.
The crashing is affecting iPad, iPhone and Mac users. Many Safari users have found the app crashing and returning to the phone home screen whenever they type on the search bars in the app.
Apple users have been taking to Twitter to vent their frustration.
Every time I click on the bit where you put a websites address on my safari, it goes black and goes off, someone help me

Is anyone else's phone crashing when they try to search in safari?

Safari on OSX has started playing up. Search bar no longer works, can't be typed in and duplicates whatever was displayed in it last! Odd!

Some have been looking for a solution.
Had problems with #Safari this am. Unable to use URL. Apple forums for a fix. OK now. Fingers crossed.

Not all users have been affected and it still remains unclear whether it is related to a software update release earlier this week by the firm.
