There's probably a reason that travelers in Amsterdam's Schipol airport are so forgetful, so it's pretty sound of KLM to find a non-threatening way of returning lost items to their owners.
Although, if you're in Amsterdam and a search dog comes running up to you, there's definitely going to be a few seconds where you're seriously bricking it. KLM's latest addition to the lost & found team is only there to help thankfully.
