Always a calendar highlight for fans of sci-fi and fantasy based movies, TV shows and - of course - comics, the Dublin Comic Con descended upon the National Show Centre in Swords on the 9th and 10th of August, and we managed to have a gander at all of the amazing stuff on show, as well as have a few words with some of the celebrity guests.

There was Ernie Hudson (Winston from Ghostbusters), Al Matthews (Sgt Apone from Aliens), Kevin Conroy (the voice of Batman in the Animated Series, as well as the Arkham video games), Virginia Hey (former Bond girl!) and more, as well as some of the fantastic fans of all ages who showed up in full costume as their favorite characters.

We always have an absolute blast at Dublin Comic-Con thanks to the supremely friendly atmosphere and hugely interesting things to see and do, and we already can't wait for the 2015 event!
