One Florida woman was sentenced to 18 months of probation after being convicted of workers' compensation insurance fraud following this damning footage which shows her staging a workplace injury.
In footage shown to Fox13 News by the Florida Department of Financial Services' Fraud Division, Sheyla Veronica White picks up a sprinkler head that has fallen on her desk and after a second, proceeds to hit herself in the head with it in order to stage an on-the-job injury.
The false claim was revealed when her employer's insurance company became suspicious of the claim and referred it to the police, who were able to request footage of the incident and see for themselves.
So next time you start to hate your job, just think about how much worse it could be. And maybe find a new one before hitting yourself in the head.
