In theory, whale watching sounds like lots of fun and a great family day out but after watching this video of it in practice we think we might reconsider any future expeditions. 

This group who went out on the St.Lawrence River in Québec, Canada got a little bit closer than they expected when a whale came hurtling towards them and passed underneath their inflatable boat. 

While it's no Moby Dick, that whale makes Free Willy look like Fungie the dolphin. We think we'll need a more sturdier ship to get us out in the water in the future.
