A video of a woman trying to bring a dead pigeon back to life using CPR has gone viral. 

The video which is believed to have been filmed on a Glasgow street sees the concerned woman blowing air into the pigeon's mouth before pressing on its chest to try and restart its heartbeat. 

Sadly, the woman's efforts were futile as rather than fly away at the end, the pigeon's head flops lifelessly. The video has since been retweeted more than 15,000 times. 

The girl who recorded the video, known only as Charlotte, later tweeted that the same pigeon was being eaten by a seagull.
