Comedy group Foil, Arms and Hog have come up with a sketch that perfectly describes what it's like to try and get a place to rent in the city.
If you've ever spent hours of your life pointlessly trawling through listings on Daft trying to find a place that won't leave you totally broke and eating one tin of beans over the space of a month (we've worked out that the optimum number is two beans a day, three if you've done some exercise), then you'll easily identify with this sketch.
It perfectly details the joy of being shown in to your holding cell cozy new home, along with the struggles of the negotiation process and eventually handing over the deposit, literally.
While this is great, it's going to be hard to beat their Ryanair song, which accurately describes your average journey on the low-cost airline. Bloody travel insurance...
