Seeing as this is a rip from an old camcorder, these kids are probably all grown up and still bickering over this little brother stealing his sister's birthday wish.
To be fair, she was taking a very long time and everyone probably had places to go and people to see. Plus with hair that long she was a fire hazard, so in reality he was helping everyone.
