If you haven't been keeping an eye on the 2015 Yonex U.S. Open Championship of badminton, then this clip might convince you that you need to start watching more of the sport of earls/countesses.
As Denmark’s Hans-Kristian Vittinghus faced Malaysia’s Lee Chong Wei in the final, one of the best rallies that the contest (and probably most badminton fans in general) has ever seen took place, which has since been going viral online.
The clip sees a rally of about 40-seconds end with Vittinghus winning the point via a spectacular between the legs shot.
We haven't played badminton ourselves in a while (not since the days of P.E. class in school) but we do remember trying that shot several times and it ended up much, much worse than what happened there. Anyway, Wei still won the title, but at least Vittinghus looked cool on the internet, which is possibly worth more. Probably not though, there's no prize money for that.
