What is it about dogs that make them think everyone else is a dog?

This little corgi, named Tucker, is trying to get equally little baby Beau to play chasing with him.

Obviously, since Beau is, y'know, a baby and can just about keep his head up, that's not going to happen.

But sure enough, it doesn't little Tucker booping him on the nose.
