We're not 100% sure if we'd actually eat one but we sure enjoy looking at them.
These rainbow bagels are currently all the rage in Brooklyn (where else) and are the creation of The Bagel Store, who are blowing minds with the crazily coloured baked good. It's also being served with a dollop of cream cheese topped with some Funfetti just to add to the festiveness.
We give it about 3 hours until Dublin has its own version (or at least a green, white and orange one for Paddy's Day).
Brooklynites are losing their minds over this spectacular rainbow bagel.
