Anyone can dress up for Halloween to hand out sweets. And anyone could do a 'House of Horrors' style gig to scare people (even though we know that the only reason people do that is because they love Halloween and dressing up more than the kids they're giving sweets to).

But prepare to witness the best method of delivering sweets to children on Halloween ever. Why is it the best? Well not only does it employ the best use of an entrance, it also involves minimal involvement with trick or treaters and features some DIY that you could very much adapt yourself.
