Where would we be without Russian dashboard cameras?
This accident happened on the mean streets of Ussuriysk, a Russian town near Vladivostok, and thankfully no one was seriously injured in the crash because it means we can enjoy the irony of this man literally hitting and running (but not too much, because that's very, very illegal and it's not something anyone should ever do).
