This passing weekend saw the return of UFC Welterweight Carlos Condit, who had been out of action for over a year due to injury.
In a tough main event against Thiago Alves, Condit managed to break his opponent's nose with some vicious striking.
Alves, as tough as they come, managed to survive the rest of the round, but the fight doctor refused to allow him to fight on as his nose had been pushed up into his head.

Condit is now firmly in title contention.
