If this had been sent into You've Been Framed, she definitely would have gotten 250 quid. But it turns out that it may have all been a setup to promote Sail Kampen, a Dutch version of the Tall Ships Festival, which may just have worked seeing as the video is close to a million views as of writing. Apparently (if Google Translate is working properly), the interviewer is wearing a wetsuit underneath her clothes.
