Yesterday we saw what can go wrong when you get hit by a pitch, but on the other hand, this shows what happens when you get hit by the ball and manage to turn the situation in your favour.
Arizona State's Johnny Sewald stepped up to bat against Washington State’s Layne Bruner, and was summarily hit by the pitcher with one of his throws. Thankfully, he didn't get it in the face or head, and in fact Sweald managed to trap the ball with his arm, catch it, and casually throw it back to Bruner like it was the most natural thing in the world.
The commentators liked it anyway.
