ICYMI, Robbie Williams recently set off the first big meme of 2017 in a pretty hilarious incident.
Williams was performing his New Year’s Eve concert ‘Robbie Rocks Big Ben Live’ when he walked up to the audience and high-fived fans at midnight singing ‘Auld Lang Syne’.
When he got back to the stage, the cameras caught Williams pulling out a bottle of anti-bacterial hand gel. The incident can be seen below:

Robbie has now addressed the incident by, in the cheeky way we know and love him for, making fun of himself. A video shared on his wife Ayda’s Instagram and later on Williams’ own account depicts the singer hugging his friend and subsequently grimacing and washing his hands with hand sanitiser.
