It's incredible to think that it's taken this long for Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn to be honoured with their own stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The duo are two of the most iconic actors in Hollywood after all.
Nevertheless we're sure it was a big day for the couple yesterday when they were finally recognised. Though it seems it was an even bigger moment for self confessed Goldie Hawn mega fan Reese Witherspoon. The Oscar winner was invited to say a few words about her 'idol' on the day and got a little bit emotional when discussing the impact that Hawn had on her growing up.
Check it out.

Reese described how excited she was just to get a text from Hawn asking her to be at the ceremony.
"I hope it's not weird that I printed out a text and framed it and put it on my wall." Witherspoon joked. Not weird in the slightest Reece.
Witherspoon concluded that Hawn had "changed the possibilities of what women could do in film. So thank you for inspiring all of us. Thank you for inspiring women and actresses to control their own destinies and for inspiring women to demand respect, no matter where they are and what they are doing. Thank you for making us laugh and thank you for making us happy."
