In typical Pink style, the “What about Us” singer described the incident as "hilarious".
In case you didn’t know, pop stars Pink and Christina Aguilera had an infamous feud back in the early 2000s. The pair reportedly started clashing when they recorded the track “Lady Marmalade”, produced by Missy Elliott, together, disagreeing over who would sing the highest notes in the song.
Although they didn’t get along then, Pink recently told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that they are fine now having made up on US TV series The Voice.
Talking about their past, she said: “We were super young and super new at the whole thing, and I think I’m an alpha, and she’s an alpha.
“I’m used to taking my altercations physical and she’s used to having them verbal. We’re just very different, we’re very different. And we were very young and new.”
When Cohen asked if Pink had ever tried to get into a physical fight with Christina, the pop star revealed, “Actually, she swung at me in a club. Hilarious! I was like, ‘What’s happening right now? What’s happening?’”
“She’s so talented and deep down I’ve had bad days, too,” she added when talking about their reconciliation.
“We became moms. We grew up. We hugged it out. It’s that simple. I feel so good about that.”
Even more excitingly, Pink dropped some MAJOR hints that the pair of them could be collaborating on another song together – watch this space!
