There is no bigger name in Irish sport now than Conor McGregor. Which is insane when you consider the Crumlin native only had his first UFC fight a little over two years ago.

In that time McGregor has found not just domestic fame, but a huge global audience. His incredible and exciting skill inside of the octagon complemented by his hilarious mouth outside.

The UFC love this man and it's easy to see why.

In December, he'll finally square off against Jose Aldo for the unified Featherweight Belt. If he beats Aldo, many expect his first defence to be in Croke Park next summer.

The last time he was supposed to face off against Aldo, the Brazilian was injured in camp and McGregor had to deal with a last minute opponent in the form of tough wrestler, Chad Mendes. The Fox show, On The Brink, got exclusive behind the scenes footage of Conor and it makes for an interesting watch.
