Well this is awkward.
DJ Khaled decided, out of nowhere, that he needs to marry Nicki Minaj and chose to share this with the world by getting on MTV and popping the question for everyone to see. 'There's no use telling you face to face, 'cause you're busy,' he says, being scarily earnest as some decorative piano and hip-hop beats drop in the background, before saying 'I gonna be honest with you. I wanna marry you. I'm here today, at MTV. Nicki Minaj, will you marry me.'
Khaled then whips out a 10 karat diamond ring valued at half a million dollars, telling her that he wants to be the only man in her life. Now we think this is a joke because it has to be right? Although Khaled is extremely sincere in the things that he's saying so there's a big fat question mark hanging over the whole thing. We have a sneaking suspicion this is either the set up for DJ Khaled's soon to be announced reality-dating show where he looks for love (which had better be called MINAJ-á-trois), or it's all a ruse and Nicki Minaj's next song is going to be about a runaway bride where she'll do her best Julia Roberts impression.
Whatever way it turns out, it's bizarre as hell. Because seriously, who would want to spend the rest of their lives attached to this?
